TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By submitting this online form, you are agreeing to provide the above mentioned special offer to the public providing their 10to20 savings card upon purchase. All offers must be good for reoccurring visits during the term of this agreement. No one-time offers are allowed. This agreement is for a period of one year. Vendor shall immediately start accepting 10to20 savings cards upon completion and insertion of offer on the 10to20.com web site. Vendors are solely responsible for informing staff of offer, what to do upon consumer presenting their 10to20 savings card, that the proper discount is given, and that (1) one redemption square is scratched off the card per purchase. Vendor may change offer two times during the term of this agreement. All offer changes must be received in writing via E-mail. All offers automatically renew for an additional one year unless cancelation in writing is received within 10 days of the expiration of this agreement. All online agreements submitted will be validated. Incorrect or incomplete submittals will not be accepted. If a submittal is found to be fraudulent, with the intent to deceive or harm GSH Investments, LLC dba 10to20.com or its affiliates, the submitter will be held liable for any damages or lost income due to their actions
